If you are contemplating a mountain event, Alpenstieg's staff will organise it in its entirety. We book the hotel, reserve restaurants, take care of conference rooms and a great social programme, clarify the outdoor activities with our mountain guides, and so on and so forth. No matter what you need, you only have to talk to us and we will take care of it without a fuss!
You save the time you are bound to need for more important tasks at the office.
On-site support
No matter whether the projector lamp has just given up the ghost, the coffee break has to take place a half-hour later or the programme has to be switched around due to a bad weather forecast, we are there on site for you and make sure that everything runs smoothly both "front of house and backstage"!
Because you can only enjoy the event to the full, if you don't need to look after anything on site!
Mountain safety
There is no such thing as one-hundred-percent mountain safety! When you are out and about in nature, unforeseen things can always occur … What is important to us is to reduce this residual risk as far as possible. Therefore, we work only with experienced, state-registered mountain and hiking guides.
It can only be a successful mountain event if you and your colleagues feel safe and not out of your depth!
