Leadership - THE master discipline
Even a management role must be grown into. And because responsibility for staff affects the whole personality, this "further" development is an ongoing process! With increasing maturity, individual understanding of what the role involves develops from that of a manager to that of a leader. Increasingly, the main task is to convey to staff the meaningfulness of their work and to encourage and orchestrate the development of different employees on an individual level. Reflection on individual success and failure, limits and possibilities, is the "hub" of personal development.
The goal of our leadership coaching is to provide, through an experience-focused approach, the platform to try out new ways of thinking and behaving, to start a dialogue with heart and mind and thus initiate a process for further personal development.
